I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of Greater Hurghada and not far from the beach. The staff members were generally friendly and helpful, although I did encounter some issues with the reception. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was disappointing; they felt neglected and dated. Cleanliness was not an issue, but the view from my balcony left a lot to be desired.
